Our friend @cacaoforcoconuts have blessed us with this Jam-Filled Baked Oats
Ingredients
    Jam
  • 35 oz frozen strawberriesā£ā£ā 
  • 1 tbsp chia seedsā£ā£ā 
  • Baked Oats:ā£ā£ā 
  • 1/2 cup oatsā£ā£ā 
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened almond ā£ā£MALKā 
  • 1/4 cup plain non-dairy yogurtā 
  • 1/2 tsp baking sodaā£ā£ā 
  • 1 tsp vanillaā£ā£ā 
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350Ā°F.ā£ā 
  2. Make jam on the stove. Add water and mashed strawberries over low heat. Add in chia seeds and stir.
  3. Blend up oat mix.ā£ā 
  4. Pour oat mix into oven-safe dish, save some for topping. Pour in jam. Cover with remaining oat mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar.ā£ā 
  5. Bake for 25 minutes and dig in!
