Pumpkin Pie Baked Oats

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 Medjool Date (Can sub for maple syrup or honey.)
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup MALK of choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • Plenty of Chocolate Chips
The Instructions⁠:⁠
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the batter to 4 small baking dishes, then add chocolate chips on top.
  4. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
  5. These pumpkin pie baked oats will be the consistency of pumpkin pie. A little gooey on the inside! Enjoy 😋
