Preheat oven to 350°F.

Make jam on the stove. Add water and mashed strawberries over low heat. Add in chia seeds and stir.

Blend up oat mix.

Pour oat mix into oven-safe dish, save some for topping. Pour in jam. Cover with remaining oat mix. Sprinkle with cinnamon and coconut sugar.

Bake for 25 minutes and dig in!
