US-based milk alternatives brand MALK Organics has announced the launch of a new product, shelf-stable Vanilla Almond.
The plant-based milk contains just four clean ingredients — filtered water, organic almonds, organic vanilla extract made from vanilla beans, and Himalayan pink salt. It adds to MALK Organics’ existing shelf-stable range, which includes Unsweetened Almond and Original Oat.
“Dedication to quality and transparency”
In March, MALK Organics expanded its range with unsweetened plant-based milks made from coconut and soy. The brand also offers a milk alternative made from cashews. Last year, MALK introduced dairy-free creamers with no additives or whiteners.
“MALK stands out in the plant-based beverage market because of our commitment to transparency and simplicity,” the brand told vegconomist in an interview last year. “While many competitors use additives like gums, fillers, and oils, we steer clear of all of that. Our dedication to quality and transparency has resonated with health-conscious consumers, driving MALK’s rapid growth.”
The Vanilla Almond product is now available at Whole Foods Market and in six-packs from Amazon.
