Ingredients
Base:
- 1-2 tbsp Pineapple Jam (brushed on cup only)
MALKshake:
- 1¼ cups Non-dairy vanilla ice cream
- ¼ cup MALK Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup Pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp Pineapple jam
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
- ¼ cup Frosted Flakes
Coconut Creamer Cold Foam:
- ¼ cup Coconut cream
- 1 tbsp MALK Sweet Cream Coconut Creamer
Garnish (optional):
- 1 Pineapple chunk
- 1 Maraschino cherry
- 1 Cocktail Pick
- 1 Cocktail Umbrella
Directions
- In a blender, combine non-dairy vanilla ice cream, MALK Coconut Milk, pineapple chunks, pineapple jam, coconut flakes, and Frosted Flakes. Blend until thick and creamy.
- Whip or froth the coconut cream and MALK Sweet Cream Coconut Creamer until light and creamy.
- Brush or swirl pineapple jam along the inside of a cup.
- Pour the MALKshake into the prepared cup. Spoon desired amount of coconut cold foam on top.
- Optional: Add one pineapple chunk and one maraschino cherry to a cocktail pick. Place on top of the MALKshake and finish with a cocktail umbrella.
