Ingredients (Serves 2):

4 oz Teremana Blanco Tequila

3 oz Coconut Malk (Unsweetened)

2 oz Fresh Lime Juice

1.5 oz Agave Syrup (or maple syrup for a twist)

½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

½ cup Ice

Lime wedges, for garnish

Sugar or coconut sugar, for rimming the glass

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Glasses:

Run a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses. Dip the rims in sugar or coconut sugar.

2. Shake the Cocktail:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Teremana Tequila, Coconut Malk, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.

3. Serve:

Strain into the prepared glasses over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wedges.
