Ingredients

  • 2 oz Teremana Blanco Tequila
  • 1½ oz Unsweetened Coconut MALK
  • 1½ oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut (or 1 tbsp Coconut Cream + ½ tbsp Maple Syrup)
  • ½ cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Ice
  • Optional: squeeze of fresh lime juice for brightness
  • Garnish: pineapple wedge, cherry, or toasted coconut

Directions

Blend It All

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine rum, Coconut MALK, pineapple juice, cream of coconut (or sub), frozen pineapple, ice, and lime juice.

Blend Until Smooth

  1. Whirl everything together for about 30 seconds until creamy and frosty.

Serve & Garnish

  1. Pour into a chilled glass—tall or tiki-style.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry, or sprinkle of toasted coconut for extra flair.
